The most problem confronted through designers of self-organizing platforms is the best way to validate and regulate non-deterministic dynamics. Over-engineering the method may possibly thoroughly suppress self-organization with an outdoor impression, taking out emergent styles and lowering robustness, adaptability and scalability.

Moreover, a chaotic current output iLoad may be useful in some applications. Hence, in this subsection we implement this Hybrid-II realization of Chua’s circuit [60–61]. As a sample experimental study on Chua’s circuit, the experimental implementation of a CFOA-based Chua’s circuit was constructed by combining a CFOA-based Chua’s diode and CFOA-based synthetic inductor. After confirming the proposed circuit’s chaotic behavior by computer simulations in the previous subsections, in order to verify the circuit’s operation experimentally for different frequency ranges, especially at high frequencies in which CFOA has excellent performance, we constructed a Hybrid-II realization of Chua’s circuit shown in Fig.

Our aim is to provide several alternative realizations of Chua’s circuit. The circuit structure and circuit parameters that yield a double-scroll attractor are detailed in the following subsections. First, the chaotic behaviors of the hybrid realizations are investigated by PSPICETM [118] simulation experiments. Then we show a sample experimental realization of inductorless Chua’s circuit design. 1 Hybrid-I realization of Chua’s circuit Fig. 20 shows a Hybrid-I realization of Chua’s circuit using two AD712 BiFET op amp biased with ±9 V, six resistors to implement VOA-based nonlinear resistor, three AD844-type CFOA biased with ±9 V, two resistors, and a capacitor to implement CFOA-based grounded synthetic inductor for L = 18 mH inductance value.

In the SIMULINK graphical environment, the simulation model is constructed by using basic building blocks. A set of differential equations that define the nonlinear dynamic system can thereby be modeled by interconnection of suitable function blocks that perform specific mathematical operations. This allows the user to graphically model equations and analyze the results. This chapter presents the use of MATLAB and SIMULINK in dynamic modeling and simulation of Chua’s circuit [83]. After discussing numerical simulation methods via code-based programming, we also introduce a generalized Chua’s circuit model created in the SIMULINK environment.
